Summary We are seeking a skilled Jr. Project Estimator to join our team at Integrated Construction Ent., Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for various construction projects, ensuring that we maintain our high standards of quality and efficiency. This position is vital to our mission of delivering exceptional construction services.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing quantity take-offs and cost estimates for a variety of construction projects Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to develop accurate scopes of work Support bid preparation and subcontractor outreach Track and maintain historical pricing data Collaborate with project managers and senior estimators during preconstruction Attend site visits or walkthroughs as needed Contribute to value engineering and risk identification processes

Qualifications:
