• No need to report to the office daily. Once you’re onboarded, just let us know your availability. We bring the leads to you
• We’ll call you with opportunities and send you to the client’s location to perform site assessments and provide estimates. Occasional office visits only
• You may need to stop by the office occasionally for meetings, project updates, or team check-ins. Your earnings depend entirely on you
• The better you estimate and close, the more you make.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site visits to evaluate project scope Prepare accurate, detailed, and competitive estimates Communicate effectively with clients and our project management team to ensure successful execution

Requirements:

Experience in construction estimating (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or general contracting) Strong knowledge of your trade and the ability to price projects competitively Good communication skills and professional presentation Access to transportation and ability to travel across North Jersey Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule How to
