The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction estimating and Team leading, with the ability to analyze project specifications, prepare cost estimates, and negotiate contracts effectively. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects. Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam etc. for efficient estimating processes. Develop detailed project budgets, including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead costs. Experience Proven experience in construction estimating or a related field is essential. Familiarity with construction management principles and practices. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with contractors and suppliers. Proficient in using estimating software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. A background in project management is a plus.
