Summary We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee our projects from inception to completion. Located in the United States, this role is crucial for ensuring that our electrical installations meet the highest standards of quality and safety while adhering to project timelines and budgets. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of electrical projects, including planning, execution, and closing phases. Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and other regulatory requirements. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project success. Prepare and manage project budgets, estimates, and schedules. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Lead project meetings to communicate updates and resolve challenges. Requirements Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of NEC regulations and electrical systems. Excellent construction management skills with a focus on safety and quality. Proficient in construction estimating software, Bluebeam and AutoCAD. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage contracts effectively. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
