Summary We are seeking an Estimator to join our dynamic team at Four Seasons Plumbing & Heating LLC. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate project estimates that align with our commitment to quality and efficiency. The Estimator will play a significant role in supporting our growth by providing detailed cost assessments for plumbing projects. Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates for plumbing installation projects. Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documents to determine project requirements. Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate pricing and budgeting. Utilize software tools such as HeavyBid, Planswift and Bluebeam for estimating and project management. Monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to budgets. Assist in contract negotiations and prepare bid proposals. Create Control cost, control inventory and change orders. Requirements Proven experience in construction estimating, preferably within the plumbing or HVAC industry. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with construction site operations and safety protocols. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail in pricing and cost control. Proficiency in estimating software such as HeavyBid or similar tools is a plus.
