If so, we’d love to have you join our growing team as a Procurement Specialist . This role is a critical part of our workflow—ensuring our team always has the right materials at the right time, at the best possible value. You’ll work closely with shop leads, project managers, and our leadership team to keep things moving efficiently and cost-effectively.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Source and secure reliable vendors to meet the needs of our busy signage operation. Compare pricing, negotiate terms, and build strong supplier relationships that benefit the bottom line. Monitor inventory levels, track deliveries, and proactively resolve any supply chain hiccups. Read and interpret shop drawings to create accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs). Collaborate cross-functionally with fabrication, install, and admin teams to support daily operations. Forecast material needs and align purchasing with project timelines. Maintain accurate records and ensure all purchases align with company standards and budget targets.
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or technical degree a plus). ideally in manufacturing or signage. Comfortable reviewing shop drawings and translating them into material needs. Sharp negotiation, communication, and organization skills. Familiar with inventory systems, purchase orders, and vendor management best practices. Able to work independently and juggle competing priorities with a cool head.
