Duties Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other documentation. Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms. Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, summarizing estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts. Requirements Proven experience in construction estimating or a related field. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate pricing assessments. Ability to build effective working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Strong negotiation skills to secure competitive pricing while maintaining quality standards. Familiarity with construction site operations and safety protocols is preferred.
