WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Estimating residential & light commercial painting projects Walking jobs with confidence, clarity, and client focus Managing prep details, materials, and jobsite coordination Performing light labor & touch-up painting as needed Supporting crew performance and holding the standard Keeping communication clear between the team, the client, and the schedule Showing up early, solving problems fast, and leaving jobs clean
WHO YOU NEED TO BE
Sharp, punctual, and cool under pressure Physically able to work when needed — no “just clipboard” types Confident in customer interactions — professional and persuasive Familiar with painting systems, surface prep, tools, and materials Leadership-minded — someone people respect when you walk up Experience in estimating or painting helps, but attitude, energy, and accountability are king.
