Full-TimePosition Summary We are currently seeking a Remote CommercialDrywall Estimator with experience in On-Screen Takeoff (OST) andQuick Bid software. This position plays a vital role in accuratelypreparing detailed estimates for commercial drywall projects,ensuring competitiveness and profitability while workingindependently from a remote environment. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed and accurate material and labor cost estimates forcommercial drywall, metal framing, insulation, and acousticalceiling systems Utilize On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid to performdigital takeoffs and generate complete bid proposals Analyzeblueprints, specifications, and other documentation to preparecomprehensive cost estimates Coordinate with project managers,subcontractors, and suppliers to gather pricing and projectinformation Track and manage bids from initial inquiry throughproject award Maintain and update historical cost databases andpricing tools Attend virtual meetings and participate in bidreviews when necessary Identify cost-saving opportunities withoutcompromising quality Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience asa commercial drywall estimator Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff(OST) and Quick Bid software is required Solid knowledge ofdrywall, metal stud framing, insulation, and acoustic ceilingsystems Strong mathematical and analytical skills Ability to workindependently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines Excellentcommunication skills (written and verbal) High attention to detailand strong organizational abilities Bachelor’s degree inConstruction Management or related field preferred but not required
