Commercial Drywall Estimator Anfield Interiors New York, NY 10001 Job Summary The Drywall Estimator will be responsible for preparing complete, accurate estimates for all contract types (lump sum, time and material, etc.). A strong ability to multi task and meeting deadlines, be detail orientated and can thoroughly read blue prints including MEP for accurate pricing Good communication and presentation skills are a requirement. Responsibilities and Duties Prepare detailed accurate material, labor, equipment, estimates Attend on-site pre-bid/proposal conferences and site visits Update reports and gather data for accurate feedback Qualifications & Skills 3-10 years Construction Estimating experience Experience with take off software
MUST BE PROFICIENT IN
EXCEL, and
MICROSOFT OFFICE
in general.
