A highly-respected General Contractor in the area with a backlogof projects is seeking an Estimator to join their growing team.

This commercial construction company is looking for an Estimatorwith excellent people skills and proven work history withcommercial construction projects. Being a team player as well asbeing able to work autonomously is a must! This company prides isself on giving each and every one of their clients the bestexperience possible from planning to completion. The estimatorposition is a cornerstone for the clarity and value that thiscompany brings to the table.

Estimator Responsibilities:

• Prepareand estimate budget costs for construction including labor andmaterial costs
• Utilize Conceptual Design and Value Engineering asneeded
• Write up and present budgets, reports, and project plans
• Developing and managing estimates on multiple, simultaneousprojects
• Work with clients, owners, field personnel, and designteams, while also being able to work autonomously

EstimatorQualifications:

• 1 years of experience estimating commercialconstruction projects
• B.S. in Construction Management or arelated degree is Strongly Preferred
• Effective communication,attention to detail, ability to analyze and organize data in atimely manner Our client is ready to hire immediately!
