The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the planning and execution of Imperial Environmental Services projects by providing accurate cost estimates and ensuring that projects are completed within budget. This position requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of construction & asbestos cleaning services and its processes. As well the ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and subcontractors. Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead costs. Conduct site visits to assess conditions and gather information necessary for accurate pricing. Monitor ongoing projects to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and implement cost control measures as needed. Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms. Qualifications Must Have Previous Experience in Asbestos Related Field Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods. Familiarity with contract negotiation and management practices. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and subcontractors. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. A background in project management is a plus but not required.
