Project Estimator RedBalloon LLC Congers, NY 10920 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a hassle-free customer experience. This role involves producing accurate, detailed proposals and specification development. Responsibilities Sales Consult and advise customers in order to find the best solution given their requirements Acquire deep knowledge of our standard products and be capable of answering technical questions Use sales tactics and strategies to turn proposals into sales Review contracts and enter new sales Plan Analysis and Takeoffs Receive and review drawings and architectural specifications from general contractors, architects, and sales team Analyze drawings and architectural specifications, and judge which products meet specifications Generate and submit RFIs with accuracy, and use software to perform quantity takeoffs Estimating Create proposals using proprietary software according to proper procedures Review proposals to ensure accuracy, and submit proposals on time Qualifications 3 years of estimating experience Knowledge of Office 365, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar program Excellent analytical skills and able to find cost-saving opportunities and maintain high quality standards Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Able to communicate effectively and provide top-notch customer experience High attention to detail What We Offer Competitive salary of $90k-$130k/yr
