We’re seeking a detail-oriented team player with a mechanical mindset, a background in construction , and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities of the Construction Estimator include: Identify potential projects using lead generation tools and industry resources Review project plans and conduct site visits to determine project requirements Prepare and submit timely, accurate cost estimates for perimeter security projects Interface with internal installation teams and clients to clarify needs and specifications Track and follow up on all submitted quotations to support closing and negotiation efforts Manage submittals and approval processes for awarded projects Qualifications for the role of

Construction Estimator:

Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent relevant experience Construction industry experience required Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with perimeter security or access control projects Experience with cost estimation and reading construction project plans preferred Strong computer proficiency and attention to detail Ability to handle multiple quotations and deadlines with a sense of urgency Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
