Construction Estimator/Sales Associate:

Identify projects with perimeter security needs using lead generation software. Respond to customer requests for quotes expeditiously Determine project specifications through careful review of project plans and site visits if necessary. Prepare and submit accurate quotations for perimeter security and access control projects. Follow up on all quotations submitted to determine project award status, providing additional information or adjusting quote as needed to get the project. Construction Estimator/Sales Associate:

One to three years estimating in a construction environment. Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications. Excellent attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple project quotations simultaneously and to approach work with a sense of urgency. Computer proficiency required. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
