Growth opportunities We are looking for an Estimator to join our team and help us with the accurate estimation of commercial painting and drywall finishing projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and be able to provide accurate estimates for labor, materials, and other costs associated with a project. The Estimator will also be responsible for tracking project progress and ensuring that all deadlines are met. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Analyze customer requirements and specifications to create accurate estimates. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors. Negotiate pricing and delivery terms with vendors. Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and other costs associated with projects. Monitor project costs to ensure that they remain within the estimated budget. Provide timely updates to customers on the progress of their projects.
