Project Manager/Estimator Consolidated Resource Northeast Inc. Athens, PA 18810 Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager / Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs and providing comprehensive analysis to support our construction projects. This role requires a strong understanding of gas and oil field construction management and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure project success. Duties Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates. Coordinate with team to gather necessary information for accurate estimations. Prepare and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones. Assess risks associated with projects and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies. Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services. Monitor ongoing projects to adjust estimates as necessary based on changes in scope or unforeseen circumstances. Responsible for building and maintaining internal and external relationships to ensure collaboration, cooperation, and communication Skills Must have experience estimating Maintenace and construction projects, field visit for developing scope with customer, familiar with welding, fabrication, screw pipe, excavation, and pipeline. Strong understanding of gas/oil field maintenance construction site operations and management principles. Ability to read and interpret contracts, drawings, and blueprints effectively. Excellent project scheduling skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong analytical skills. Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Experience in project coordination within the construction industry is highly desirable. Business acumen, solid leadership and organizational skills will serve this individual well in project settings and be a catalyst for growth opportunities.
