Quakertown, PA A well-established civil contractor in the Quakertown area is seeking a skilled project manager/estimator to support and lead infrastructure projects, with a strong emphasis on water and wastewater treatment facilities. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who can manage projects in the field while also contributing to preconstruction and estimating efforts.

Key responsibilities:

Manage water/wastewater treatment and civil infrastructure projects from planning through closeout Prepare detailed cost estimates, bid packages, and project schedules Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Track project progress, manage change orders, and support procurement

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in civil construction, with a focus on water/wastewater treatment projects Proven ability to manage both field operations and preconstruction estimating Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Proficiency with estimating and project management software Degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field preferred
