Door and Window estimator Keystone Door Solutions Mill Hall, PA 17751 Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our Door, window and siding team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the pre-construction phase by providing accurate cost estimates for various projects. This position requires a solid understanding of construction and the ability to negotiate effectively. The Estimator will work closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure that all estimates are precise and align with project goals. Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects. Collaborate with project managers to develop budgets and timelines for projects. Conduct site visits to assess conditions and gather necessary information for accurate estimating. Negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable terms. Maintain organized records of all estimates, contracts, and correspondence related to projects. Skills Strong understanding of construction principles and practices. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
