- 100,000 Starting | Company Vehicle, Laptop & Phone Included We’re hiring a sharp, field-experienced Estimator/Project Manager to lead industrial-scale projects from the ground up.
This isn’t your average PM gig — we want someone who’s walked the job, rigged the load, priced the pipe, and knows how to bring complex industrial jobs in on time and under budget. This role is built for someone who can own a job from bid to closeout , thrives in food processing and manufacturing environments , and has the skills to estimate everything from process piping and millwright work to equipment installs and structural fabrication. Let’s talk. What You’ll Own Full-cycle project management and industrial estimating for: Process & Utility Piping
- steam, water, chilled water, wastewater, compressed air, gas, and sanitary systems Jacketed piping , elbows, reducers, food-grade welds, and spec’d fittings Heavy Equipment Installations
- conveyors, tanks, robot cells, grinders, molding machines, meat processing lines, furnaces, silos ASME Repairs
- boilers, pressure vessels, DA tanks, and other pressure-retaining systems Structural Steel & Fabrication
- stairs, platforms, chutes, boiler stacks, mezzanines, ductwork, guards, bollards, and welded duct Perform detailed material and labor take-offs from mechanical drawings, blueprints, and piping isometrics Plan out rigging needs: estimate equipment weights , select proper cranes , and determine rigging methods Estimate scaffold vs.
ladder access for industrial settings based on jobsite realities Source and compare pricing for pipe, valves, fittings, weldments, supports, and fabricated systems Track cost-to-complete, labor hours, and material delivery — keeping the job moving and profitable Visit sites to ensure crews are executing according to plan and adjust field strategy as needed What You Bring 5+ years in industrial estimating/project management with piping and mechanical background Field knowledge of millwright work
- aligning shafts, repairing gearboxes, replacing worn industrial components Comfortable working in live plant environments with a focus on downtime, safety, and food-grade compliance Confidence estimating time and material on complex installs (robotics, conveyors, feed systems, etc.
) Strong understanding of pipe joint types, weld techniques , sanitary welding, and fabrication methods (TIG, MIG, arc, laser cuts, powder coat, etc.) Ability to communicate with field crews, vendors, clients, and management across all phases of the job Compensation & Perks $70,000

Schedule:
