Estimator Kulp Tile & Marble, Inc. 151 Discovery Drive, Colmar, PA 18915 Answer phone and schedule estimates Meet with homeowners to estimate jobs Meet with homeowners to make selections Type and send estimates Track and analyze estimates and follow-up Attend networking events Estimate jobs off of prints Hand off jobs to field manager for installation Follow up with customer during and after installation Experience with Quickbooks, Outlook, Excel and Vue360 Summary As an Estimator, you will be integral to the construction process, responsible for accurately assessing project costs and ensuring budget adherence. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will utilize core skills in construction estimating, cost control, and pricing to deliver precise estimates. Your premium skills in Vue360 along with your proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks, will enhance your effectiveness. Additionally, your relevant experience in construction management and project oversight will support our organization’s commitment to quality and efficiency in every project.
