Estimator / Inside Sales Associate Teksky Providence, RI, United States 2 days ago Quick Job type Full-time Quick Job description Responsibilities Conduct material takeoff from engineered plans and prepare quotations Communicate with Sales associates pre-bid to coordinate estimating gameplan Maintain strong relationships vendors-representatives Coordinate with vendors to ensure that pricing data is received in a timely manner Gather required data for quote preparation Download required specs, plans, take-off, etc. Work with Sales team to maintain job win / loss record Serve as primary point of contact for assigned projects-tracking milestones, coordinating submittals, and managing changes or updates with contractors and project managers Collaborate with operations manager and account managers to align inventory, delivery schedules, and jobsite needs Proactively follow up on outstanding quotes and project opportunities to help drive sales pipeline Maintain organized project files and status updates in
CRM / ERP
systems (HubSpot, DDI, or similar), supporting visibility and accountability across the team Other related duties as required by
Management Qualifications :
Capable of performing a material take-off and converting that to a material quote. Self-motivated Organized Works well independently while also collaborating with the team
