We are actively looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in the Spartanburg area. Ideal candidate will have experience on a variety of large-scale commercial drywall & metal stud framing projects

• Project management on commercial drywall & acoustical ceiling projects
• Managing pricing, submittals, material procurement & scheduling of awarded projects
• Responsible for the overall success of a construction project
• Provide exceptional client service
• Provide management of project budget, schedule & quality
• Oversee contractual requirements & documentation What you need:
• 2+ years Estimating & Project Management experience
• Experience running multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with OST, QuickBid, etc.
• Experience with commercial drywall, metal stud framing, acoustics, load bearing, etc.
• Knowledge of light gauge metal framing, drywall & acoustical systems
• Experience with projects $500k+
• Excellent math & organizational skills
