$65,000-$85,000/year + truck + phone (DOE)

Job Type:

Full-time, M-F Summary:

Lead and manage concrete construction projects from estimate to final pour. You’ll handle customer communication, pricing, sub coordination, and material management.

Responsibilities:

Prepare residential & commercial slab estimates Meet with customers/GCs to walk jobs Schedule crews and concrete deliveries Order materials (rebar, fill, forming lumber, etc.) Monitor progress, QC, and walk jobs as needed Coordinate with dispatch for trucks and pumps Submit completed job info to office for invoicing

Qualifications:

3+ year’s experience in concrete construction or estimating Solid understanding of flatwork and slabs Ability to read plans, measure sites, and do basic takeoffs Strong communication and organization skills Comfortable working in fast-paced, self-directed environment
