We’re seeking an experienced Estimator specializing in Insulated Metal Panels (IMP) and Aluminum Composite Materials (ACM) to join our growing team.

Position Overview:

Lead estimation efforts for commercial projects focusing on IMP and ACM systems, with opportunities to expand into drywall estimation. Join a company that values precision, innovation, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed material and labor estimates for IMP/ACM projects Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents Collaborate with project management teams Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors Participate in project handoff meetings Master On-Screen Takeoff and Quickbid software for accurate estimations Support value engineering initiatives

Required Qualifications:

3+ years experience estimating IMP and ACM projects Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff and Quickbid software Strong understanding of commercial construction processes Excellent mathematical and analytical skills Outstanding communication abilities Valid driver’s license Must be currently domiciled in the US and authorized to work without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with drywall estimation Background in commercial construction Additional construction management software knowledge Experience with design-build projects
