We’re opening up ONE position for a field estimator who is willing to knock doors, run in-person estimates, and CLOSE like a pro . This isn’t for someone who wants to coast. We only want killers with character — people who are confident, coachable, and crave big results.

What You’ll Actually Do:

Knock doors and generate your own estimates (plus get qualified appointments from our team) Run on-site walk-throughs with homeowners and build immediate trust Educate clients, scope jobs properly, and price with clarity and confidence Overcome objections and close on the spot when it makes sense Follow up like a pro — no one should ever slip through the cracks Work closely with the project manager to hand off jobs seamlessly Who This is
