What You’ll Do As an Estimator, you’ll play a key role in preparing cost estimates and supporting the bidding process for mechanical construction projects. This position is ideal for individuals eager to develop their expertise in construction estimation.

Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing accurate and timely cost estimates for mechanical construction projects. Review blueprints, specifications, and project documentation to understand project scope. Collaborate with project managers and field teams to gather essential project details. Conduct quantity take-offs and compile material and labor cost data. Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to secure pricing and clarify project details. Maintain an organized database of historical costs, bids, and project information. Support risk assessment efforts, identifying potential cost and timeline impacts. What You Bring A strong interest in construction and a drive to build a career in estimation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with estimation software is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills to thrive in a team setting.
