- Charleston, you’llplay a key role in project delivery and team success by: Keyresponsibilities include: Prepare detailed estimates and internaltools for mitigation, remediation, and reconstruction scopesConduct site visits and field assessments to determine extent ofdamages Work closely with adjusters, insurance carriers, projectmanagers, and property owners Analyze subcontractor and supplierpricing to ensure competitiveness and accuracy Collaborate with theoperations team to hand off projects smoothly after estimateapproval Maintain strong documentation for scope changes,supplements, and approvals Stay up-to-date on industry trends, codeupdates, and insurance best practices Profile The successfulProject Estimator•Reconstruction and Restoration•Charlestonshould have the following qualifications: 3 years of Estimatingexperience in the restoration or reconstruction industry(commercial or multifamily) Strong communication and organizationalskills with attention to detail Ability to manage multipleestimates and deadlines simultaneously Experience working withadjusters, TPA programs, or large loss projects is a plus IICRCcertifications (WRT, ASD) or familiarity with mitigation scopes ispreferred but not required Job Offer The Project Estimator•Reconstruction and Restoration•Charleston will receive:
Competitive base salary ($90,000
