Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)
Prior experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) systems
General Requirements
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with expert-level knowledge of Excel
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues
Innovative mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to automate processes and enhance efficiencies Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical data
Ability to analyze and interpret contractual requirements

Essential Functions
Collaborate with project teams to coordinate and develop takeoffs for various construction projects
Review project documents, plans, and specifications to identify material and labor requirements
Use takeoff software to calculate quantities of materials, labor, and equipment needed for projects
Prepare accurate cost estimates for site work and utility projects
Assist in analyzing budgets for project materials and labor
Support the preparation of estimates and bids for project proposals
Provide technical assistance to project teams as needed
