Job Description
Responsible for managing project budgets and ensuring cost effectiveness. Monitor approved budgets, total commitments, cost incurred, invoiced costs, and cost projections. Will handle cash flow, tax considerations, and invoice verification. Position is not responsible for estimates, instead will help control the budgets, understanding spend for project, monitoring forecasting, Understand design changes, getting changes priced out from contractors, and work with estimating team for budgets. Managing funding requests, contracts, and as invoices are received verifying and assisting project directors on cash flow. Will act as a bridge between finance and design engineers ensuring projects stay on budget and meet technical requirements.
Must Have:
5+ years of experience with project controls in industrial or manufacturing Experience with construction projects (civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, architectural) Advanced analytics/financials experience, strong Excel – Power BI, Tableau, etc. Technical understanding of engineering/construction materials Attention to detail & to handle multiple projects at once

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related degrees Oracle Unifier Cobra P6 SAP Accounting
