• Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for construction projects
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements
• Utilize software such as Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and other tools for estimating purposes
• Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers for competitive pricing
• Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction process
• Visit construction sites to gather information for accurate estimates

Experience Required:

• Proven experience in construction estimating
• Knowledge of construction management principles
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong negotiation skills

Nice-to-have:

• Familiarity with software such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid
• Experience in contract negotiation
