Sales Representative/Project Estimator The Fence Company Columbia Columbia, SC The Fence Company Columbia is a thriving local company specializing in high-quality fence installations for residential and commercial properties. Pay:

Base salary + commission

Hours:

Monday-Friday daytime schedule. Evenings and weekends are optional

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED A valid driver’s license Clean driving record Must be 21 years of age or older Dependability is a must Proven sales experience

Skills and Abilities:

Strong ability to close deals and negotiate effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients Knowledge of fence construction and materials a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team environment Effective organizational, time management and planning skills Consistently work at a productive pace Focus on superior outcomes, and calibrate work processes for outstanding results Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Physically able to walk long distances and uneven terrain Ability to self-motivate in order to meet sales targets
