We’re a collaborative, fast-paced team dedicated to precision, professionalism, and exceptional client service. Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator / Project Manager to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for both preparing competitive estimates and managing commercial glass and glazing projects from bid to completion. This includes working with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate estimating, efficient project execution, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Review architectural drawings and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Perform take-offs for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Solicit and evaluate quotes from vendors and subcontractors.
- Manage awarded projects including subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and client communication.
- Track budgets, progress, change orders, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Close out projects and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date estimating and project management tools and records. Qualifications
- Experience in construction estimating and project management, preferably in the commercial glass or related industry.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with construction or estimating software is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
