Role:

As our Commercial Estimator, you’ll be the critical first step in turning visions into reality. You’ll work closely with leadership, clients, and project teams to develop precise, competitive, and winning bids for commercial projects ranging from new construction to major renovations. You’ll have the autonomy to shape your work, the support of a strong local reputation, and the opportunity to grow with a company that’s on the rise.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop accurate cost estimates Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for all divisions of work Solicit and manage subcontractor bids and pricing Develop bid strategies and proposals that align with client goals Collaborate with project management to transition awarded projects smoothly Help refine and improve our estimating processes as we scale

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of commercial construction estimating experience (preferably in general contracting) Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs Proficiency with estimating software (PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents Strong communication and negotiation skills A team player with a “do what it takes” attitude Why Join Bulba Builders?
