The ideal candidate will bring a solid foundation in electrical systems, project and construction management, along with strong organizational and communication skills. This role involves close coordination with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective project delivery. Responsibilities Develop accurate cost estimates for electrical projects, including labor, materials, and equipment Review and analyze construction drawings, plans, and specifications to determine project scope Manage projects through all stages—pre-construction, execution, and close-out—ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met Coordinate and maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house staff Oversee procurement and delivery of materials and equipment Prepare and manage project documentation such as submittals, RFIs, change orders, and close-out packages Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality control Monitor and track project performance, including schedule, budget, and resource allocation Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies Participate in project meetings and present updates to stakeholders Maintain organized project records and documentation throughout the lifecycle Contribute to the continuous improvement of estimating and project management procedures Qualifications 2+ years of experience in electrical estimating and/or project management (entry-level candidates with relevant internships or field experience may be considered) Strong understanding of electrical systems, building codes, and construction practices Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and technical specifications Proficient with estimating software such as McCormick, Accubid, or comparable tools Experienced in using Bluebeam for takeoffs, markups, and plan reviews Excellent time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with diverse teams and external partners Detail-focused with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
