Your Role as a
Commercial Roofing Estimator:
As a vital part of this high-performing team, you’ll:
ποΈ Develop accurate and competitive estimates, bids, and proposals for commercial roofing projects
π Perform take-offs from architectural drawings, blueprints, and site data
π€ Collaborate with project managers, sales, and clients to produce winning solutions
π Review contract documents for scope accuracy and pricing alignment
π Oversee submittals, change orders, and closeout packages with precision
π Be a key contributor in pre-construction meetings to ensure successful project launches
What You Bring to the
Table:
βοΈ 5+ years experience as a Commercial Roofing Estimator
βοΈ In-depth knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Mod Bit, Metal, etc.)
βοΈ Ability to read blueprints, technical specs, and compliance documents
βοΈ Proficiency in estimating software Edge, On-Screen Takeoff and Microsoft Office
βοΈ Strong time management and communication skills
