We are seeking a skilled Drywall Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for estimating project costs, preparing detailed proposals, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time. This role requires a strong understanding of drywall installation and related construction processes. Key Responsibilities Analyze project specifications and drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates for drywall projects
Prepare comprehensive proposals and bids for clients
Collaborate with project managers and contractors to determine project requirements and timelines
Maintain and update cost databases and pricing information
Evaluate subcontractor bids and negotiate pricing when necessary
Conduct site visits to assess project scope and conditions
Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations Qualifications 1+ year commercial drywall estimating experience
Strong knowledge of drywall installation techniques and materials
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of EIFS, Stucco, metal framing, and acoustical ceiling systems (preferred) Benefits Salary $75-100k base
