Full Job Description Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in estimating electrical work for residential, commercial, and/or industrial projects. This is a critical role that directly supports our sales and project management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documents to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for electrical projects Conduct site visits as needed to gather essential project information Prepare and submit accurate and competitive bid proposals Identify labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents Develop project budgets and timelines Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors

Requirements:

Proven experience as an electrical estimator (3+ years preferred) Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction processes Proficiency in estimating software ( EBM bid, Bluebeam, Plan Swift, or similar) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans Excellent analytical and organizational skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Electrical trade certification or relevant degree Prior field experience in electrical construction Familiarity with local electrical codes and regulations
