We are currently seeking a Commercial Estimator to join our talented Construction team. We are currently seeking a skilled Commercial Estimator with at least 5 years of experience and familiar with Trimble software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating within the commercial construction industry, with a specific focus on HVAC and Plumbing. This role will assist with any estimates needed from our subsidiary companies, remotely from our home office. Prepare accurate and detailed project estimates for construction projects Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine the scope of work and materials required Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop cost-effective solutions Conduct site visits and gather necessary information to accurately estimate project costs. Analyze labor, material, and equipment costs to determine project budgets Create and submit timely and competitive bids for construction projects Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers Provide support and guidance to project teams regarding cost control measures Our employees enjoy the following benefits: Free employee health insurance plan!
