Estimator – Commercial Roofing JRC, Inc. is a nationwide construction company located in Greenbrier, TN. We are currently working in 48 of the 50 states and are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator. No Sales! Must be willing to Relocate . Position is in office at Corporate Headquarters north of Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities:

Prepare comprehensive bid proposals, including detailed breakdowns of labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor cost Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for commercial roofing construction projects Stay informed of industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and regulatory requirements to ensure competitiveness and compliance. Collaborate with sales team to review project prospects and generate accurate project scopes, budgets, and timelines. Set up awarded bids for Production, facilitating a smooth exchange, and ensuring an efficient project start-up and completion. Communicate effectively with clients and vendors, to obtain necessary information and ensure project requirements are met. Participate in pre-bid meetings.

Job Requirements:

Proven commercial roofing estimating experience. Knowledge and understanding of commercial/industrial roofing system designs. Skilled in conducting project take-offs. Knowledge of Excel, On-Screen Takeoff, Pictometry beneficial Ability to read and interpret roofing plans and specifications a plus.
