Ground-UP Construction PM / Estimator Aminov Search Partners Nashville, TN This role is integral to spearheading new commercial construction projects in the Nashville region. You will oversee project execution, client relations, and liaise with subcontractors/vendors ensuring every project achieves its goals within set timelines and budgets. Your responsibilities include identifying potential projects, preparing precise estimates and bids, and managing up to four projects simultaneously valued between $2M and $10M. Operating as part of a renowned full-service General Contractor in Downtown Nashville, you’ll be working with a company known for excellence across commercial markets in Middle Tennessee. The company’s services include General Contracting, Design-Build, and Construction Management, emphasizing quality and creative solutions. Key responsibilities include crafting project plans, negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance, and directing the project lifecycle from initiation to completion. You will conduct regular project assessments, participate in team meetings to solve emerging challenges, and maintain alignment with budget and safety standards. Successful candidates will have extensive experience in new commercial construction, strong analytical and budgeting skills, and proven expertise in scheduling and negotiation.
