Roofing Estimator lorvenk Nashville, TN 37207 Key Responsibilities Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and site conditions to determine the scope of work and project requirements. Calculate material, labor, and equipment costs for commercial roofing projects. Prepare detailed and accurate project cost estimates and proposals for clients. Utilize The Edge estimating software to ensure consistency and accuracy in all estimates. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to clarify project details and address any questions. Collaborate with the project management team to align estimates with project execution. Stay updated on industry trends, roofing materials, and best practices to enhance estimating accuracy and project outcomes. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience as a Commercial Roofing Estimator. Proficiency in construction estimating, with a focus on commercial roofing projects. Experience using The Edge estimating software is required. Strong understanding of low-slope roof systems and commercial roofing processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in calculations and documentation. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
