We also provide design build and construction management services. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive cost estimates based on project plans and specifications. Work with prospective clients to develop preliminary or conceptual estimates. Procure and evaluate bids and proposals from subcontractors and vendors. Develop final client proposal or bid documents. Perform take-offs as needed to verify accuracy of cost estimate. Requirements And Qualifications 5+ years of construction estimating experience. Familiarity with construction practices and procedures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors and vendors. Candidate should be proficient in daily use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Adobe. Experience with Procore is preferred. Experience with Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings is preferred. Experience with digital take-off is preferred
