Description Preparedetailed cost estimates for commercial construction projectsincluding new builds, tenant improvements, and interiorrenovations. Analyze drawings, specifications, and otherdocumentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and laborestimates. Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids.

Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients duringthe preconstruction phase. Maintain historical cost data andcontribute to value engineering efforts. Profile 5 years ofexperience in commercial construction estimating. Strong knowledgeof construction means, methods, and materials. Proficiency inestimating software (e.g., Sage Estimating, Bluebeam, Procore, orsimilar). Excellent analytical, organizational, and communicationskills. Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlinessimultaneously.
