Duties:

• Estimating of Construction Projects. Residential & Commercial
• Build budgets for projects
• Track performance of projects and budget variances
• Provide administrative support to the team
• Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Maintain and organize files, both physical and electronic
• Data processing with a high level of accuracy

Experience:

• Previous experience in estimating and budgeting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using office software (e.

g., Microsoft Office Suite)
