Construction Cost Estimator (5 years experience required) Robbins Construction Germantown, TN We’re seeking a detail-oriented cost estimator to join our team. This position will support our sales team in providing accurate cost estimates for remodel and renovation projects. We are only interviewing individuals with prior experience working in the high end remodeling or high end new home construction segments of residential construction. Since 2004, Robbins Construction has been providing residential construction services in the Memphis area. We perform high end renovations and remodel services to our clients. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Analyze project specifications and develop accurate cost estimates Review architectural plans and construction documents Calculate material, labor, and overhead costs Prepare comprehensive project proposals Collaborate with sales and project management teams

Qualification Requirements:

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Complete knowledge of residential construction. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field 5 years of cost estimating experience in residential construction Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Stack, ProEst or other) Strong analytical and mathematical skills Excellent communication abilities Familiarity with residential construction techniques and pricing.
