$67.1K – $85.2K a year 1 day ago Qualifications 5 years Senior level Construction estimating Full Job Description Analyzing plans, specifications, and other job related literature to determine the scope and requirements of various projects in a timely manner. Determinate quanities of materials and labor cost needed to perform accurate estimates on projects. Calculate cost of materials, forms, rebar, labor and equipment and other project-related expenses. Work with project managers, superintendants, architects, and other subcontractors to gather required information and enhance costs. Participate in various meetings such as pre-bid meetings along with other company related meetings. Maintian accurate records of estimates, bids, expenses, and other project/estimating documentation. Must have a minimum of 5 years of commercial concrete estimating.
