The role of Project Manager/Estimator focuses on effectivelymanaging construction projects while accurately estimating costs toensure successful project execution. Description Develop and manageproject timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timelycompletion of construction projects. Prepare detailed costestimates and proposals for new and ongoing projects. Collaboratewith clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensurealignment on project goals and expectations. Monitor projectprogress and address any issues or changes promptly to maintainproject objectives. Conduct site visits to oversee projectimplementation and ensure compliance with safety and qualitystandards. Manage contract negotiations and ensure properdocumentation for all project transactions. Provide regular updatesand reports to stakeholders on project status and financialperformance. Identify opportunities for process improvements toenhance project efficiency and outcomes. Profile A strongbackground in construction project management and cost estimationwithin the business services industry. Proficiency in projectmanagement tools and software to effectively track progress andbudgets. Excellent communication and collaboration skills forworking with diverse teams and stakeholders. A results-orientedmindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesunder pressure. Knowledge of construction safety standards and bestpractices.
