Project Manager/Estimator Position Available In Chittenden, Vermont

Project Manager/Estimator Ouellette Plumbing & Heating Corp 36 Dorset Lane, Williston, VT 05495 We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager in the mechanical and plumbing field to lead and oversee various projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

Estimate/take off new project leads. Deliver bids within time requirements. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget. Coordination with field employees to ensure projects are being completed on time and completed to customer standards and expectations. Attend/schedule site meetings for ongoing projects as needed or required by customer. Coordination with field employees and other construction trades to ensure all proper materials, tools and information are supplied to successfully complete projects. Manage timelines effectively, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule. Prepare and present project updates to customers and construction managers, highlighting project status, scheduling and ongoing needs for the job. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication among field employees and office staff.

Requirements:

Experience estimating/taking off projects and providing bids as needed for new projects. Strong leadership skills with a deep understanding of project management in plumbing, pipe fitting, welding & mechanical trades. Experience in the plumbing/heating industry, industrial piping & mechanical fields. Working knowledge of all materials, tools of the trade and relevant construction practices. Experience with FastPipe estimation software is preferred.

$75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
