Tile Liquidators seeks to add a Project Lead to the team in Owens Cross Roads Al. The flooring install project lead is responsible for managing and executing flooring installation projects, from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves leading installation teams, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring all aspects of the project are managed effectively. Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Plan, organize, and execute flooring installation projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and cost management.

Team Leadership :

Lead and supervise installation teams, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective work execution.

Client Communication:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project.

Material Management:

Manage inventory, order materials, and ensure timely delivery to meet project timelines.

Quality Control:

Inspect and verify the quality of installation work, ensuring it meets company and industry standards.

Safety Compliance:

Ensure that all installation work is conducted safely, in accordance with applicable safety regulations and guidelines.

Problem-Solving:

Financial Management:

Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure that projects are completed within budget.

Skills and Qualifications:
